Dropdown values are used to define the values for a dropdown category. This allows you to customize the values for categories such as:
Office Groups
Restoration Types
Remake Reasons
Doctor Hold Reasons
Case Hold Reasons
Sales People
Case Types
Scan File Types
Case Message Snippets
Create
Navigate to Settings > Dropdown Values and click + Add Value
